The FSU Real Estate Trends Conference is organized to inform participants of the emerging trends and issues facing the real estate industry. The conference focuses on factors affecting markets in the southeast region of the U.S.

 HIGHLIGHTS

Thursday Evening, Oct. 13:
The 2016 conference will kick off with a new opening format with an interactive program featuring Danny Kanell, College Football Analyst, ESPN networks. A reception with food stations and beverages will run for the duration of the conference opening from 5:00 – 7:30 pm (no formal sit-down dinner).  This format will be informative and entertaining, while allowing guests time to network and enjoy food within the new Champions Club facilities at the University Center.  

Friday, Oct. 14:
We are very pleased to announce that Barry Sternlicht, Chairman & CEO, Starwood Capital Group is confirmed as a featured speaker on the “Strategies for Beyond Tomorrow” session.

Friday lunch features a presentation by Mark Zandi, Chief Economist, Moody's Analytics.

All sessions Friday will be held at the FSU Turnbull Conference Center.

The annual Real Estate Trends Conference is organized by the Executive Board's Conference Committee.
