The FSU Real Estate Trends Conference is organized to inform participants of the emerging trends and issues facing the real estate industry. The conference focuses on factors affecting markets in the southeast region of the U.S.

 HIGHLIGHTS

 
Thursday Evening, Oct. 15:
The 2015 conference will kick off with an opening dinner featuring speaker, Raymond Kelly, Former Commissioner of the NYPD & current President of Cushman & Wakefield's Risk Management Services. The dinner will be followed by a jazz reception on the Club’s sixth floor.

Friday, Oct. 16: 
"Strategies for Beyond Tomorrow" features a candid one-on-one discussion of market conditions, short- and long-term strategies and emerging opportunities.

Emerging trends affecting future investment, finance, and business decisions are the focus of Friday’s concurrent sessions. Sessions discuss conditions and emerging opportunities within the capital stack, multi- and single-family housing, the retail sector, e-commerce and logistics, EB-5 funding, as well as how demographic changes are affecting the landscape for commercial and residential real estate.

Friday lunch features a presentation by Stephen M. Renna, President & CEO, CRE Finance Council.

A special Friday afternoon session “Advice Straight Up!” features Steve ForbesChairman and Editor-in-Chief of "Forbes Media"

All sessions on Friday will be held at the FSU Turnbull Conference Center.
