Kyle Riva Named 2011 Recipient Of FSU Real Estate Network's Award

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. The Center for Real Estate Education & Research in the College of Business at Florida State University is pleased to announce that Kyle Riva, President, Epoch Properties, Inc., has been named this year’s recipient of "The Network’s Award." This prestigious award is given to one individual annually in recognition of their enduring and significant contribution to the real estate program at Florida State University. The program at FSU is consistently ranked among the top 10 programs in the nation.

Mr. Riva earned his B.S. Degree from Florida State University and his M.S.M. from Rollins College. Over his 30-year real estate career, he has been responsible for the development and financing of well over a billion dollars in commercial real estate including apartments, office buildings, retail centers, industrial properties, hotels, resorts, single-family projects, and land. Mr. Riva serves as a director on the Executive Board of the FSU Center for Real Estate and is on the FSU College of Business Board of Governors.
