Competing against a total of 29 teams, FSU Real Estate’s student team finished 3rd in the Villanova Real Estate Challenge! Congratulations to Bailey Smith, Olivia Diaz, Wyatt Kalapp, and Jakob Roney for their outstanding work on this case. The team’s advisor, Ryan Dietz, Managing Director of the FSU Real Estate Center, encouraged the students to think outside the box and utilize all available resources.

Each spring semester, the FSU Real Estate program competes in this national real estate development case competition hosted by Villanova University. Competition participants included teams comprised of students from many of the top undergraduate real estate programs across the country, as well as judges and sponsors representing leading real estate firms from all areas of the commercial real estate industry.

The team is invited to attend the FSU Real Estate Center Board meeting in New York City to present their project to the Executive Directors.
